allotment of erstwhile IOCL Depot, Sector-21, Rourkela, on "as is where is basis" and &ldquono complaints basis&rdquo for the purpose of operating any one or combination of more than one trades/businesses out of Warehouse, Godown, Depot, Distribution Center, Hotel/Restaurant, Office, Bank/Financial Institution, Coaching Centre, Health Clinic, Departmental Store, Gymnasium or any other legally tenable trade subject to approval from the RSP Management, on 33 months LICENCE BASIS renewable for further terms
