Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Instead of a self-serve trial, we run a 30-minute live demo on your own data. We have found that converts at 3× the rate of a cold trial.
Are there any hidden credit overages?+
No. Credits are pre-paid quarterly. If you exhaust them, we will tell you in-app and quote a top-up — never auto-charge.
